How does it work?

Each Leadership Inner Circle has up to 8 leaders in the group. The same cohort journey together for a minimum commitment of 3 months. The next cohort starts on 31 March 2025.

Each month there is a strategy call and two group coaching calls at 1pm on a Tuesday. Here you will have space to think, connect, find support and take action. PLEASE NOTE The day and time for your circle may be decided once the group is formed.

Investment starts at £550 for small charities or self-funders

To £880 for large charities.

For 3 months of group support + community + learning content

Plus a 1-2-1 coaching session with Emily, a C-Me Colour Profile and access to Elevate online(my signature career growth programme).

Over three months we will follow three steps - OPEN UP - SHOW UP - STEP UP.

Each step has modules and tools that you have lifetime access to.

Your time to think

I will facilitate each session using a Thinking Environment™️. I have completed the foundation coaching and facilitation courses with Time to Think™️ and I am Certified Time to Think™️ coach.

In every session I facilitate you will be given attention and learn to give attention. You will feel ease, we will encourage and appreciate each other, we value difference, everyone is equal. All thoughts and feelings are welcome. As your coach I may provide information or resources to support you on your leadership journey. I will ask questions to help you to uncover the truth behind what is holding you back so that you can commit to your own personal actions that will empower you to lead with impact. 

The most effective way to learn to lead is to lead yourself first - to carve our time and space to think, find support, be held to account, to learn and grow.

I'm Emily

I'm a coach, trainer and facilitator (and fundraiser). For the past 6 years my mission has been to help as many leaders as possible lead their way, love what they do and feel fulfilled.

Why?

Because, I've faced road blocks and followed the wrong map for too long. I know that the way work and leadership is designed is broken. It keeps us small and stops us from having an impact. If more kind, big-hearted leaders rise up and create a new road map we can collectively make a difference.

I have over 23 years experience in the voluntary sector with 15 years experience managing complex teams through both structural and strategic change. I know what it is like to feel overloaded and overwhelmed.

I truly believe that there is another way. I found this way when I trained to become at Time to Think™️ Coach. This is an empowering approach for both you and your team. Once you experience a Thinking Environment™️ in your Leadership Inner Circle you will be able to create similar spaces for your team. I'd love to show you this new path.
